Our company is looking for an experienced Country Manager (m/f/d) for the location in the Netherlands, who is responsible for the development and implementation of the business strategy in this market.

Tasks:

  • Overall responsibility as managing director and further development of the sales   organisation
  • Sales and P&L responsibility of the business unit
  • Identification of new business opportunities and market trends
  • Management of key account managers and sales representatives
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
  • Ensuring efficient operational performance
  • Budget planning and control 

Profile:

  • Sound knowledge of the Dutch market and business culture
  • Many years of sales experience in the Dutch food retail sector
  • Dynamic leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong results-orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English
