Our company is looking for an experienced Country Manager (m/f/d) for the location in the Netherlands, who is responsible for the development and implementation of the business strategy in this market.
Tasks:
- Overall responsibility as managing director and further development of the sales organisation
- Sales and P&L responsibility of the business unit
- Identification of new business opportunities and market trends
- Management of key account managers and sales representatives
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
- Ensuring efficient operational performance
- Budget planning and control
Profile:
- Sound knowledge of the Dutch market and business culture
- Many years of sales experience in the Dutch food retail sector
- Dynamic leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong results-orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English
